
Although we don't have a featured post today, the exciting University Press Week blog tour continues today with posts on five university press blogs. The tour begins with
MIT Press, where editorial director Gita Manaktala shares her thoughts. Next up is Rachel Lee, the library marketing manager for
University of California Press, who discusses why university presses matter to libraries. At the
University of Hawai'i Press blog, author and editorial board member Barbara Watson Andaya writes about how university presses expand the global boundary of knowledge.
Wilfrid Laurier University Press author R. Bruce Elder shares his thoughts on their blog, and the
University Press of Florida features several of their interns. Read them all, and see the full tour schedule
